Members shall promote the products listed on the platform via various media as one is conversant; invite family and friends to join network and get rewarded accordingly for invites enlisted and sales made by self and the invites.
In ascending order, members are categorized from being a Platform to Emerald Member.
REWARDS & FREEBIES: Rewards comprise of various commissions and freebies payable after each successful sale. Commission is as high as 10% of the value of sales made. Our system has inbuilt mechanism that rewards members with freebies as each advance in term of sales record and the referrals one is able to amass. Petra Real Estate Investment Club (PETRIC) was established in 2013 under the auspices of two real estate giants, Roccio Carrillo Int’l Ltd and Merrybells Corporate Services Ltd
Roccio Carrillo Int’l Limited is a multi level investment platform which incorporates investment in different sectors of the economy both locally and internationally. The company is incorporated under the Company and Allied Matters Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with RC No. 1479550. It has its corporate head office in Lagos. Whereas, Merrybells Corporate Services Ltd is a quintessential real estate company incorporated under the Company and Allied Matters Law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2008 with RC 772359.
Both Companies are member of Real Estate Development Association of Nigeria [REDAN]; International Housing Association [IHA], United States; Chartered Institute of Housing [CIH], United Kingdom; among others.

Subscriber is only required to make a 25% down payment of the cost of the house, then pay the balance in three tranches at convenience. One can save up the amount for any particular tranche with PETRIC, before moving to the next. Every unit shall be delivered at shell-finished level.
